Hello! My name is Denise, and my passion for empowering women and helping them reclaim their voice stems from my own experience as a survivor of a narcissistic abusive relationship.
My coaching journey has deep roots in my personal experience. Once, I too faced many challenges and difficulties of being in a narcissistic abusive relationship. I understood how easy it is to get lost, stuck confused and litterly drained of life. I know how crucial support is in staying sane when in these types of relationships. This traumatic experience inspired me to help other women overcome similar situations.
With the experience and knowledge I have, I decided to dedicate myself to toxic and narcissistic abuse coaching. I believe that true strength lies in the ability to support and help women in discovering their voice again and live the life they desire.
As a mindset coach, I specialize in working with women, helping them get unstuck from toxic and abusive relationships. .
My goal is not only to help women break free from these relationships but to help them reclaim their voice and live the life they desire.
